Layered and reversed

This design has two layers. The top layer is pulled from a point (not a normal corner) to show the reverse side. The underneath layer is pulled back separately. This is an ideal design for silk and other luxurious fabrics to shimmer in the folds. We can make just the top layer, but please be aware that the majority of the fabric near the floor is accomplished by the underneath layer. For some, this is a skimpy look. This design is not a plain panel pulled back. The point from which the drapery is pulled is carefully planned to work with the scale of the window, then the bottom edge is shaped accordingly. Sharp looking hardware and correct placement on the wall are also essential to the success of this design.

This treatment will ship well. The panels will be fan folded to avoid wrinkling. Measurements for holdback (to which the drapery is pulled up) placement are provided. Dressing out the fabric takes some skill, but is within the reach of many homeowners.
